What is a Servus® Cleaning franchise?
Servus® is a cleaning business serving businesses and residential buildings through a combination of specialty cleaning and janitorial services. Our model is built around local sales, recurring customer relationships, proven operating systems, technology, and strong employee and customer experiences.
Who is the ideal Servus® franchise owner?

Do I need cleaning industry experience?
Cleaning experience can be helpful, but it is not required. Our franchise model includes training, operating standards, technology, and ongoing support. We place significant importance on leadership, sales ability, business development, and a willingness to follow the Servus® system.

What services can a Servus® franchise provide?
The Servus® model combines specialty cleaning and janitorial services, giving franchisees multiple ways to serve businesses and residential buildings while developing both recurring and project-based revenue.
Will I receive an exclusive territory?
Yes. Servus® franchisees receive an exclusive territory, subject to the terms and performance requirements of the Franchise Agreement.
What is the initial franchise fee?
The initial Servus® Franchise Fee currently ranges from $65,000 to $125,000, depending on the size, population, and market potential of the territory.
What is included with the initial franchise fee?
The Franchise Fee includes initial training for up to two participants, technology implementation, onboarding to the Servus® Enterprise System, brand and marketing materials, launch support, operating manuals and standards, and access to ServusTraining.com.
How does the Servus® royalty work?
Servus® uses a tiered royalty structure based on Gross Service Sales. The royalty percentage decreases through defined revenue levels as the franchise grows.
What is included in my Servus® royalty?
Your royalty includes many of the core systems and resources needed to operate and grow your business, including:

Is there a separate technology fee?
No. Servus® does not currently charge a separate national advertising or marketing fund fee. Franchisees instead invest directly in approved local marketing and business development within their territory.
Does Servus® charge a national advertising fee?
Franchisees are currently required to allocate a minimum of 5% of Gross Service Sales toward approved local marketing and business development activities.
How much am I expected to invest in local marketing?
Servus® provides sales programs, marketing assets, a website and local digital presence, marketing automation, customer communication tools, CRM technology, coaching, and structured business development programs.
What sales and marketing support does Servus® provide?
Yes. The launch program includes approximately three months of Sales Development Representative (SDR) support through approved third-party providers. SDR teams help prospect for customers, develop leads, and book qualified appointments. The franchise owner remains responsible for attending appointments, preparing proposals, closing sales, and building the customer relationship.
Does Servus® help generate sales opportunities when I launch?
Servus® provides initial franchise training, access to ServusTraining.com, operating systems and standards, launch support, ongoing business and sales coaching, system updates, and continued access to Servus® resources.
What training and ongoing support will I receive?
Yes. Basic monthly bookkeeping is included in the royalty and includes standardized Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets to support reporting, benchmarking, and business coaching. It does not include invoicing, collections, bill payments, payroll, tax filings, or other day-to-day accounting functions.
Does Servus® provide bookkeeping?
Franchisees require suitable operational space within their territory. This may include an office, small warehouse, storage unit, or similar approved location, depending on the needs of the business.
Do I need an office or warehouse?
Servus® combines specialty cleaning and janitorial services, exclusive territories, owner-led sales, integrated technology, structured operating systems, local marketing, training, and ongoing coaching.
